“THE QUIET OF SILENCE… TRIPTYCH” – AsyncArt Platform
WABI-SABI SERIES N.1 – 1/1 Programmable Edition
This NFT Artwork is based on the original Triptych made from the photographs I took around Lake Ashinoko (Japan, 芦ノ湖) and is the first NTF piece I ever minted. It is also the Genesis artwork in the series “WABI-SABI: Acceptance of Transience… the Beauty of things that are Imperfect, Impermanent, Incomplete”.

“THE SOUL OF JAPAN: Profound Tranquility or Modern Loneliness?”
ASYNC ART PLATFORM – Programmable Art Version
WABISABI SERIES N.4
In this artwork I want to present and describe (through a series of 18 PREOGRAMMABLE street photographs I took around Japan in 2 years) a feeling of detachment and kind of “self inflicted” loneliness which may seem very strange to a non Japanese or someone traveling to this beautiful country for the first time. This feeling can be encountered all over the country but is felt more strongly in the big cities, especially in the streets of Tokyo.

“LAKE GARDA… WABISABI IN ITALY.” – AsyncArt Platform
WABI-SABI SERIES N.5 – 1/1 Programmable Edition
This artwork is kind of a consequence of the time I spent in Japan during the previous years and of my learning about their culture and the WabiSabi aesthetic principles so dear to the Japanese way of life. Once I got back to Italy I decided to apply these concepts to the beauty of my country and selected Lake Garda as one of the possible options. I spent about 2 weeks going around the lake, waking up very early in the morning to try to catch the right light, the right atmosphere, the fog and the nature waking up to the new day and took about 1000 photographs.

Here children with disabilities or mental problems/difficulties are left by their parents who can not take care of them adequately. This is common practice in Vietnam and other countries in South East Asia. The monks and nuns welcome, take care and raise these children in the best way they can… they try to give them an education too, even if the conditions are quite hard and economically very difficult. In Vietnam I’ve helped quite a few of these communities by leaving offerings to the monks/nuns.
“Contrasts… Notre Dame (the original)”
MAKERSPLACE PLATFORM
1/1 Edition – Street Photography
A Street Photographs from Paris. Notre Dame before the great fire. I wanted to capture some kind of contrast between the magnificent Church and the street life.
I was lucky enough to get a contrast within a contrast… a guy in a business suit riding a Harley-Davidson in front of Notre Dame.

To me, every single person must be a guardian, no matter where they are located on the globe. Therefore, my Guardian for this project is a regular fisherman from Japan. Keeping an eye on what’s coming, he is calm and steady. This cryptoart piece is based on one of my fine art photos from Cape Oma in the north of Japan, then animated using cinemagraph techniques and sound.
“Reflect On Yourself, The Dance Of Man And God.”
SUPER RARE – 1/1 Edition – Street Photography
The Great Buddha of Kamakura – Street Photography from Japan. In this photo, man is portrayed as a small entity in comparison with the greater powers at work: nature, energy, and the universe. The little man seems to be dancing in front of his God, which in reality is just a reflection of what he does not fully understand. I took this image keeping in mind some important compositional elements: – the small man is in direct contrast with the large reflection of the Buddha… this is done intentionally to balance it out. – the part of the Buddha at the top is the one missing in the reflection (the opposite is also true). – The leading lines of the pavement have been used to direct the viewer’s attention to the “real” main subject… the little man.
